AFGM Arquitetos Associados designs residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare developments. More than 4,500 residential units have been designed under Developments — over 3,000 of them already launched and sold — for a range of builders, developers and investors.

The practice is equally established in Healthcare Design, with more than 25 major hospital projects in its portfolio, alongside numerous clinical centres, clinics and laboratories.

In the Data Centers portfolio, AFGM has designed buildings and sites totalling more than 1.25 GW of IT capacity across Brazil. On the commercial side, the work spans logistics and industrial warehouses, shopping centres and big-box retail.

AFGM is also a reference in permitting work with municipal authorities — approvals, regularisation and change-of-use applications — and in developing and following through the projects required for the Laudo Técnico de Avaliação, the technical evaluation report issued by Brazil’s health surveillance authority.
