Privacy Policy
1. Who controls the data
AFGM Arquitetos Associados, at Rua Paulino Corado, 20 – sl. 503, Edifício Montalto Comercial, Jd. Santa Teresa, Jundiaí – SP, CEP 13.211-413, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data collected on this site, under Law 13.709/2018 (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law, the LGPD).
2. What we collect
We collect only two sets of data, and both depend on an action of yours:
- Data you enter in the contact form — name, email, phone, company and whatever you tell us about the project. You send it voluntarily.
- Browsing data — pages visited, referral source, device type and interactions with the site. Collected only if you accept analytics cookies in the notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, no browsing data is collected at all.
3. What we use it for
- To reply to you and prepare commercial proposals.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing of form data rests on consent (LGPD art. 7, I) and on preliminary contractual procedures (art. 7, V). Browsing data rests solely on consent (art. 7, I), which you may give or refuse freely and withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share it with
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — aggregate browsing metrics, only with your consent. We run Consent Mode v2 with ad data redaction enabled.
- Formspree — relays messages from the form to our email.
These services may process data outside Brazil. In both cases, processing is limited to what the stated purpose requires.
6. How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for up to 5 years after the last contact, a period that covers any legal obligations. Browsing data follows Google Analytics’ default retention of 14 months.
7. Your rights
The LGPD (art. 18) gives you the right to:
- confirm whether we process your data, and access it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data;
- request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- be told who we share your data with.

8. Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies. We use only Google Analytics cookies, and only if you accept them. Your choice is stored in your own browser.
9. Changes
Changes to this policy will be published on this page, with the update date at the top.
10. Language of this policy
This is a translation provided for convenience. The binding version of this policy is the Portuguese one, at afgm.com.br/privacidade: the law cited here is Brazilian, the articles are from the LGPD, and the supervisory authority is Brazil’s ANPD. Where the two differ, the Portuguese text prevails.
